Marisa Howard-Karp is the Chief Operating Officer at Exceptional Lives, an organization that supports families of children with disabilities. She has spent the past 20+ years focused on access to health care and educational opportunities for underserved communities. She is a parent and caregiver to four children and was introduced to the Deaf world and then to DEAFinitely, Inc. through her daughter, who is now one of DEAFinitely's teen assistant coaches. She loves having the opportunity to support an organization that has brought her daughter and family so much joy.
