In 2023, DEAFinitely, Inc. and This is My Brave presented the groundbreaking production,
Heart Truth - Mental Health Stories from the Deaf Community.
This year, we will host Heart Truth for the second time, sponsored by Mass Humanities. It is the second ever live show featuring thirteen Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled and Hard of Hearing storytellers who will share personal stories of mental illness and recovery to break down stigma, uncover access barriers in the mental health system, and celebrate the resilience of the Deaf community.
This show will be in American Sign Language, Tactile and Protactile, with voice interpreters
and CART in English and Spanish.
True, personal stories of mental illness and resilience using American Sign Language storytelling,
art, and dance
If you need DeafBlind interpreting or other accommodations,
please contact deafinitelycrew@gmail.com.

This show is for ages 15+.
