Unlocking

Opportunities in the Arts

Promoting

Deaf-to-Deaf Connections

As a Boston based non-profit, the youth and leadership of DEAFinitely represent multi-lingual, cultural, racial, and socio-economic diversity. Through its Performance Crew, Deaf Youth Council mentoring program, and mental health initiatives, DEAFinitely is changing perspectives and putting Deaf culture in the forefront of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

DEAFinitely is a Deaf and youth-centered organization with decision making ability across all programming.  Youth have opportunities and access to learn about themselves, their families, their community and ultimately, the world through the medium of dance and mentoring.

DEAFinitely offers space where youth can be seen, understood, express themselves, and learn about their communities through ASL-rich activities. In turn, diverse Boston communities see what youth are capable of, emphasizing their talents and cultivating greater communication access and equity.
